Whether you need a different design or a different phone size, our streamlined process ensures your device stays protected without the hassle.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unused tech accessories in their original Velvet Caviar packaging to ensure they are protected from scratches or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange choice within 5-7 business days.
